Group project for the Brands and Organizations on Social Media course during my MSc Corporate Communications at University of Amsterdam. The project analyzed the current social media strategies of YouSeum in Amsterdam and proposed future ideas on development of these. In the end, a video presentation was produced.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with 5 other students
- Analyze social media (TikTok) content and present findings (engagement, current strategies)
- Suggest future improvements for TikTok content by developing own content from the museum
- Develop script for TikTok analysis section of project
- Update and edit presentation

- In top 5 of group projects in the course
- Research results:
- Current strategies of YouSeum were relevant to their target audiences but further tweaking could be done in terms of engaging with customers online
